CLIENTS' Business problem
Confused brand identity, not perfectly defined and of little impact on communication materials. The brand identity was not very effective on sales tools and communication materials, especially in the areas of the stadium at their disposal. Poor visibility of partners and sponsors on all the digital spaces of the brand, especially on the site. Not very attractive communication on social channels, without consistency between the contents. Absence of tools designed to engage / activate the fan base and push sponsors to invest.

OUR OBJECTIVES
Re-branding: positioning the brand in a clear, strong and incisive way, marking a change of course compared to the past. Increase brand awareness. Increase sponsor investments and number of partnerships. Align digital tools with the new brand identity, creating new spaces dedicated to the sponsors' investments. More characterize communication on social channels. Optimize communication and collaboration between the various brand partners. Creating engagement with the fans, with a particular focus on families and sponsors. Maintaining the maximum coherence with the brand identity, we tried to renew the visual language every year, through graphical refresh of the materials and innovative strategic choices.
